Meet Jess

I fell in love with photography back in 2010, in my Junior year in high school. Before long I was photographing weddings, events at the church I worked at, and doing different kinds of portraiture. Over the years I've spent countless hours improving my craft and teaching others how to improve theirs. I love getting to know the people I'm working with and intuiting exactly what they're wanting or how I can best help them. I've worked with other photographers, helping them learn everything from how to find the light better to how to edit, business owners who wanted to learn how to take better photos for their blogs, websites, and social media pages, and casual hobbyists who just want to know how to edit pictures quickly on their phone to make them look more polished. I love travelling and photographing people and nature. I've been married a little over 10 years now and we have 5 beautiful children. My husband owns his own business and so do my parents so we are definitely a family of entrepreneurs!

I've loved working with people my whole life and I have been teaching in some capacity for the past 23 years. I even homeschool my kids! I've written curriculum for an after school program at a ministry and I love finding the best way to teach each individual student.
